5. Membership & Payments

We offer Free, Basic, Gold, and Premium membership plans. Paid plans provide additional features for a fixed period as described on our Plans page.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Membership benefits expire at the end of the purchased period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Matchmaking Services

ShadiWalay.Com facilitates introductions between families and individuals. We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, or any specific outcome.

Personal matchmaking services are advisory in nature. Final decisions regarding rishta remain solely with the families involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or fraud
• Share another member's private information without consent
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape data or create bulk accounts
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ShadiWalay.Com — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we verify profiles to the best of our ability, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or conduct of any member.

You interact with other members at your own risk. We strongly recommend involving families and conducting proper due diligence before any commitment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShadiWalay.Com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between members.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with notice.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms
